spider enjoying its meal October 2018

In my garden I found a spider who had caught a tasty bee in his (her?) web.

A bit later he had left his prey alone for a while.

Maybe he was looking for a suitable place to have his meal: 10 minutes later he had crept into a hidden corner of the web with his bee.

There he could stay in peace to prepare his prey for consumption.

A few hours long he turned the bee around and around

while he sucked on it. Enjoy your meal!
